| It is the normal practice of Mary's Magic Shoppe to ship paid orders within one to two business days. In addition to any reason stated on the conditions page, orders may be delayed if the product(s) is out of stock or unavailable or for any other reason outside the control of Mary's Magic Shoppe.
If your shipment includes any missing or damaged items, set aside the package and contact us within ten days. Filing missing package or damage claims will be the responsibility of Mary's Magic Shoppe.
If you want to return at item to Mary's Magic Shoppe, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items not damaged or missing are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The purchaser also pays return shipping on items received in good condition. |
